How pricing works during early access, what happens at public launch, and the practical bits — invoices, GST, cancellations.
How early-access pricing works
InfiQuant is free for all waitlist members through Q3 2026 early access. Your spot is held against the email you signed up with — no card on file, no charges.
At public launch we'll introduce paid Standard and Pro tiers (see the Pricing page). As a Founding Member, you'll receive:
- 30-day free transition — no charge during the changeover, regardless of your tier.
- Locked-in early-access pricing for 12 months from your activation date, even if list prices rise.
- Notice in advance — you'll receive the final pricing schedule at least 30 days before any charge.
Upgrading from Standard to Pro
At public launch you'll be able to switch tiers from Settings → Subscription. Upgrades are prorated for the rest of your billing period.
Downgrades take effect at the next renewal — you keep Pro features through the end of the current period.
Cancelling your subscription
Subscriptions are month-to-month with no contracts. Cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription → Cancel. You'll keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't pro-rate refunds for unused days within a paid period.
Cancelling does not close any open positions, disconnect your broker, or delete your account. To delete your account entirely (including audit logs and historical data) email privacy@infiquant.co.in.
GST and invoices
Invoices are issued by Infiquant Global Advisory Private Limited (CIN: U66309MH2024PTC429345). We collect GST as required under Indian law. If you're registered, add your GSTIN under Settings → Billing → GSTIN before your first invoice — we can't backdate that on already-issued invoices.
Every invoice is emailed when issued and remains downloadable from Settings → Billing → Invoice history indefinitely.
Refunds
We don't offer pro-rated refunds for partial-period cancellations. If you're unhappy with the platform within the first seven days of your first paid period, email billing@infiquant.co.in — we'll review and process a full refund where the request is in good faith.
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank's settlement window.
